A competition for “Most Innovative Solution” was launched by SI-Division of COMPASS, sponsored by SAVEX, by my team under guidance of  our President Mr. Sanjay Chajjer, during 2nd week of September-21 , It was one of its kind of event happening first time in COMPASS, we got a great response from our members and number of participation entries have come.

Out of all the entries jury selected 1st, 2nd and 3rd winners and a 4th entry just for recognition as it was submitted by myself, Chairman of the Division, thus not qualified for the competition though it was very innovative.

a) 1st Prize went to Mr. Rajiv Poddar of Smart Power, Kolkata for their Ferry Tickets Automation System,

b) 2nd Prize went to Mr. Anand Sharma of Hitech Computers, Asansol for his Systemless HDD copying Equipment,

c) 3rd prize went to Mr. Ayush Didwania of Silicon Infotech (P) Ltd., Kolkata for his automated hydraulic CCTV setup

d) Last recognized solution was mine, Mr. Vibhor Khandelwal of AavVik Business (P) Ltd. , Kolkata for 1st of its kind Audio Video Secured LC Gate Communication System for Indian Railways.

The result was announced during 27th AGM of COMPASS on 25th September , 2021 at Springs Club, 1st and 2nd winner got Cash Prize of Rs.10,000.00 & 5,000.00 respectively , sponsored by SAVEX, and all winners got a Free half page advertisement in COMPASS’s monthly news letter. Everyone was very happy and excited , we have planning to launch and run many such events in near future, where talent can get recognized.
