On our earlier letter we have stated that we are going to hold Sales Tax registration (TOT) camp. We are overwhelmed with the response received from the members.

We are now going to organise the Sales Tax registration camp (TOT) on Monday 8th of November 2004 at COMPASS Office, 37, Shakespeare Sarani, Kolkata - 700 017.

You are requested to fill in the forms (available at COMPASS office) in all aspects and send it back to COMPASS office by Thursday 4th November 2004 to enable us to get your registration smoothly alongwith the documents mentioned below.

The following documents are required along with the form (Xerox copy) and original at the time of registration. This is as per the Sales Tax authorities.

1. Trade License
2. PAN Card
3. Balance Sheet last financial year
4. Rent receipt
5. Sales statement from 1st April - 30th September 2004
6. Authorization letter in favor of Computer Association of Eastern India (Format available at COMPASS Office)

This is the golden opportunity to get yourself registered as Sales Tax authorities are extending their full co-operation with us, so don't let this offer go.
